The park's trails are open to walking and running and offer great views of the Milwaukee skyline, Lake Michigan and Lakeshore's short grass prairies. Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash 8 feet or shorter and under control at all times.
The park is located along the coast of Lake Michigan east of the Summerfest grounds and south of Discovery World. The north entrance to the park is just west of Discovery World. The south entrance road to the park starts where Erie Street ends at the river. Follow the park road east along the water and under the Hoan Bridge.
